Primrose Hill Cycle patrols, arrests and engagement

Good afternoon,

Yesterday Sgt Beckley and I conducted a cycle patrol of the ward, covering all the hotspot areas including places we don’t always have access to on vehicular patrols.

With the assistance of PCSO colleagues, we were able to identify an offender on the ward who was wanted and found near what was suspected to be a large quantity of stolen alcohol. They were subsequently arrested and after processing, we continued our cycle patrol, visiting many of the local shops to identify where the alcohol had come from.

If you see us out and about, please feel free to stop us and have a chat.

Equally, if you didn't see us, but still want to, we were present at Primrose Hill Café in the park today from 12:00 to 13:00 to meet with the public, address any concerns, and provide reassurance. Going forward we will aim to provide similar engagement opportunities at least once a month with the next being on 05/07/2026. We will aim to vary timings, days, and locations for these.
